How long does a custom banner take?
7–10 business days to create, plus shipping. Rush orders are available for $20.
Can I customize colors and text?
Yes! You can choose your text, frame, details and color palette. Each banner includes a range of colors to keep the design vibrant and balanced.
Are there limits to the number of colors on a banner?
Yes! While we love creativity, we recommend a limited range of colors per banner. This ensures the design looks clean, cohesive, and impactful.
Do you ship outside the US?
Currently, we ship physical banners within the United States only.
Do you accept returns?
Because each banner is handmade and personalized, we cannot accept returns. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
How do I hang my banner?
You can purchase our "Hang-Ready Upgrade" under Add-Ons. This includes pre-punched holes or loops for easy hanging. We’ll also include a quick guide with tips for display.
