Orders are completed in order of event date.
To secure your spot, please order at least 3 weeks before your event.

Add the “Rush Order” fee ($20) at checkout to add your purchase into my calendar sooner.

Minor differences
Minor differences in brushstrokes or colors are normal and part of the handmade charm.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are handed off to the carrier.

Personal Use
All designs are for personal use only (events, décor, invites, sharing privately).
Not Allowed
Reselling, redistribution, or commercial use is not allowed.
Licensed Characters
Disney, Marvel, etc.
I can’t paint licensed characters (Disney, Marvel, etc.), but I’d love to create designs inspired by your theme, colors, or vibe.
How to Hang Your Banner
Best Method
Blue painter’s tape (Duck Brand Clean Release is my favorite).
Alternatives
Command strips, push pins, or twine.
Display
Display on a solid wall (instead of a window) for a polished look.

Shipping Policy
Once your order leaves my hands, UPS takes over with tracking so you can keep an eye on your package.
Custom Banners: Created in order of event date. Shipped to arrive ~10 business days before your event.
Ready-to-Ship: Sent within 3–5 business days.
Tracking: You’ll receive a notification with tracking as soon as your order ships.
